FACADE STEAM CLEANING?

LEAVE THIS TO AN EXPERT

Cleaning your facade is crucial for maintaining the lifespan and aesthetic appearance. Due to constant exposure to weather conditions, air pollution and natural aging, facades can lose their freshness and look weathered over time.

Regular facade cleaning is not only effective in tackling deposits and contamination, but also helps to maintain the original color and structure of the material. In addition, cleaning facades reduces the risk of moisture damage and other weather-related problems. A well-maintained facade improves the overall appearance of a building and contributes to its increase in value.

FACADE STEAM CLEANING: OUR METHOD

We opt for a mild cleaning method in which we clean the facade with steam ranging from 90°C to 140°C. The hot condensation is applied to the wall under low pressure, starting from the top and working downwards. We avoid the use of aggressive chemicals or corrosive substances. This steam technique ensures that the dirt is effortlessly removed from the facade, making it one of the most effective cleaning methods.

BENEFITS OF A PROFESSIONAL STEAM CLEANING OF YOUR FACADE

With traditional high-pressure cleaning, the stones and joints can be damaged by micro scratches. Although these scratches are not visible to the naked eye, they can negatively affect the porosity of the wall. By choosing steam cleaning we avoid this problem and maintain the integrity of the facade. This gentle cleaning process is not only better for your facade, but also contributes to an increased value of your home.

PROTECTING YOUR FACADE WITH HYDROFUGE: HOW DOES IT WORK?

Hydrofuge is a treatment used to make surfaces water and dirt-repellent. The word comes from the Latin “hydro” (water) and “fugare” (to expel).
A hydrofuge treatment can be used on various materials such as brick, concrete, natural stone and roof tiles to protect them against water infiltration and the damaging effects of moisture.

By applying a hydrofuge agent, the surface is impregnated so that water and other liquids can no longer penetrate the material, but run off as drops.

This helps prevent damage from frost, algae, moss, salt efflorescence and other moisture-related problems. It will extend the life of the treated surface and preserve its appearance.
