We opt for a mild cleaning method in which we clean the facade with steam ranging from 90°C to 140°C. The hot condensation is applied to the wall under low pressure, starting from the top and working downwards. We avoid the use of aggressive chemicals or corrosive substances. Hydrofuge is a treatment used to make surfaces water and dirt-repellent. The word comes from the Latin “hydro” (water) and “fugare” (to expel).
A hydrofuge treatment can be used on various materials such as brick, concrete, natural stone and roof tiles to protect them against water infiltration and the damaging effects of moisture.

By applying a hydrofuge agent, the surface is impregnated so that water and other liquids can no longer penetrate the material, but run off as drops.
